I have ordered an apple iphone 5 from paytm and have done the advance payment. paytm first confirmed that the product will deliver on my pincode in 8 days. after waiting for 6 days paytm sent a message tme that they are not able to ship the product and my payment will be refunded.
They kept my advance payment for 7 days without any compensation so I kept waiting for the refund for the 3 days then they called me and they told me that we will refund the payment in 24 hrs so I waited and I keep checking my account but the refund didn’t showed up then I posted my query again on paytm no reply from paytm then aftr 3 days I got refunded.
I would not prefer paytm to order anything. if you cant handle everything then why are you taking orders.
