Looted my 109 Rs.

I got neither the order nor the refund in Paytm Cash. I am waiting from 3 days, no reply from Paytm.


Paytm order no: 203659775. Customer care takes 2 days to reply. Ridiculous!


This is the third time that Paytm has looted my money, 1st time Rs109. 2nd time Rs.17 and now again Rs.109.


Their customer care just tell you that recharge has been done on their end and the problem is with the operator, and give some transaction number and tell us to call operator.


The customer care operators just do not understand what that number is: Airtel or BSNL.


Isn’t it Paytm’s responsibility to follow customers failed recharges?
