I Used the paytm site first time and ordered samsung j6 phone. I recieved it on time but when I open the box I found a soap bar. my heart stop beating.
I contact the customer care and they said to me that they will refund my money after executive take away the box. I waited for 5 days but no one visited my home. Today is 15th day and calling again and again to customer service but no help. Very upset. Dont buy anything from paytm.
