I have bought external hdd from Paytm and received item on time but when I used it, it did’nt performed well as expected from any external hdd. When I called paytm customer care they have started silly excuses made every possible effort to excuse my replacement request. After taking followup for 1 month I gave up and made decision to keep it with me.
But friends am writing this here so that all other people can avoid purchasing product from paytm and avoid embarrassment. Kindly feel free to buy product from Flipkart, snapdeal, amazon and enjoy their high class customer oriented service.
