I purchased a Six seater Barclays Nilkamal Dinig Table, #981511544. With aishwaryasingh23tm vendor Megan Impex.
Ordered it on 22May2015, Got it delivered on 5th June which was a day later than the promised shipping date of 4th June.
After Multiple follow ups finally the product was delivered.Honestly they don’t care to reply back the email which you send to ‘care@aishwaryasingh23tm.com’. I sent almost a dozen emails with no response.
After the product got delivered issue was of installation. Never knew tht was my responsibility to follow up with the vendor to get this done. Multiple follow ups yes. Meanwhile spoke to a second level executive who assured me with sweet talks of all things on priority.
On the day of installation, the mechanic informed that the Table was not delivered. Instead of 6 chairs they sent 8 chairs. Again I had to start with the follow ups with the so called care@aishwaryasingh23tm.com . Sent email, spoke to vendor.
Now inspite talking to the mechanic, the vendor wants the photo of product. Dude incorrectly delivered product needs a photo… grow up. Still no respite… finally after a week had to call up customer care and spoke to Ms Sunanda… another sweet voiced lady with false promises.
She assured she will look into this issue personally and help me out ASAP. Huh! Did not receive a call or any response… Still awaiting for the correct products. Its been more than a Month for the Incorrect products to be delivered.
My conclusion, aishwaryasingh23tm is not worth ordering a furniture. Total frustration…Paid 25000 and got my money stuck with bunch of jerks. Will ensure I pass this to all social media platforms. And top of it when the above was posted on Facebook, the responses that I get is as below:
