Hey friends I’m SUDESH and today I am talking about PAYTM mobile app.I am new in the field of smartphones & I listened so much about paytm.
Before two months I created my paytm account and tried to complete my KYC but not succeed.i Want to however my kyc done to full access of paytm Services. So I tried again and again but couldn’t get success.
I thought that I can call to customer care and tried it for some days but even I couldn’t successful.
It is worst situations for me.
One day I sat alone in my room then I thought about another try to call customer care. And yes I got succeed but they hold my call for 15 minutes and it is the worst situation for me.
When I shared my problem them then they only replied it is due to some mentinance problems and rejected my call. Even they didn’t want to listen my whole sole problem.
Even today I also am not getting success in done my kyc.
I felt me desperate by paytm.
