Dear users please don’t buy anything from paytm as they are cheating many people by giving fake cashback offers and without proper customer support, if you contact them they will not help you out instead they will keep sending same standard format mails and if you call gone case you will losse lot of money by calling an STD call that too without any use. please find my worst ever experience with paytm till now. when I got cheated 5th time I thought of writing a review and educate people not shop with this cheating people.
about quality of the product I got to know recently that they are supplying duplicate product, I confirmed when I cross checked with original product bought localy
- Order# is1603414095 order date n time: 5:51 pm, Mar 15 2016, Seller: SSV Retail, paid: Rs. 1380/-
they were suppose to deliver the product by 26th March, all of a sudden on 27th night I received an sms stating SSV retail has received your returned product where as FedEX tracking still says "16-03-2016 02:14AM Shipment information sent to FedEx" after that there is no update in fedEX portal, whereas paytm says I have received the product and returned the product so refudning the amount, I don’t know how they can say this, I kept reminding from 21st march onwards about the status but they use to send same formated mail multipule times. after all these I raised a complaint in paytm care but they are closing my complaints with same standard format without even calling me or mailing me.
this is the 5th time I am facing this issue with paytm. below are the orders summery for which I got cheated from there cheater company paytm.
2&3. Order No is1416406439 - for this order thier website shows they will supply omoron BP-7130 where as they will supply 7120 model, returnd it when I bought this first time(1400654109) and ordered second time as per assurance from paytm care but again got 7120 only, customer care representative says we will give Rs.50 if you keep it, anyways I rejected and retained it back since my parents requried one urgently.
Order # is1474729630 Rs. 2540(the seller itself called me and said this is a cheating from paytm company and not give bad feedback his company)
Paytm Cash Txn ID 1309791714- this was the paytm cash loading cheating, I applied coupon code and recharged my wallet for 1000 rupees for that they should have given rs. 50/- cashback but here also they cheated me by saying I have not applied after giving screenshot which I took during the transaction
finally never ever buy any thing from these guys, they are supplying duplicate and very old products with cheating like above with worst customer support
