I had a terrible experience after booking my bus ticket in Paytm. I have booked ticket to travel from Virudhunagar to Chennai in 8.45 PM Kpn travels bus. I was waiting at the boarding point to catch bus till 9.15 PM, finally I called Kpn customer care and came to know that the bus got cancelled. I couldn’t accept their alternative late bus since I need to be there at chennai airport before 8th April 5.30 AM. It is hugely embarrassing that nobody from paytm or Kpn travels infomed me about the cancellation of service. It looks like booking bus ticket via paytm is not safe when you go for time critical work like catching flight.
I have sent email to Paytm Support at least to refund the the bus ticket fair. After chasing Paytm support in email for one and half month, I got the response from them that, "Bus was not cancelled on that day, Hence refund is denied."
