Hi,
I made a purchase of a laptop from paytm website. On receipt of the same I came to know that the said laptop is having manufacturing defect with its keyboard and was not in working state(defective state). I requested for a return within 8 hours after the product was delivered.
After couple of days I received a call from Paytm customer care that my return for the said product has been accepted and to my utter surprise I received an email afterwards that my return has been rejected.
Paytm is cheating the customers by using unfair trade practice. For the sake of members kindly find below the return policy on their website for electronics:-
Return Policy: Seller will accept returns within a 15 days from date of delivery of the item only in the case of damaged, defective or wrong products received
Despite quoting them their own return policy they have rejected my return and have even stopped responding to my mails.
Mouthshut members kindly guide me through what should I do in the said matter.
