I ordered 3 product from paytm, one was Bag order id 2859294708, one was Fossil watch order id 2863668771 and last but very costly Iphone 7 of Rs. 65000 order id is 2865548697.
My bag order was cancelled by the seller and Paytm is informed me at last movement after one week when I raised a concern.
My Fossil watch order I got a watch in paytm packaging but the watch was defected the thread stitches on the leather strap was not properly done. So I returned that watch and Paytm took almost 10days of time for return pickup.
Last My Iphone 7 again paytm provided me the defected product, I am not able to hear the voice its too low when I call from Iphone. I am buying brand new Iphone 7 paying 65000 amount and getting this defected product.
So I raised a return request on 13th march and after 10days Paytm is saying go the service center and take help from there. Can anyone take the defected phone and roam around the service centers since day 1 itself.
I asked Paytm to take back the product and replace with the new one even then these idiot paytm people giving me excuses.
If not return than they have given the replacement policy so I asked for replacement. but for that they are saying product is not available at seller so we cannnot even replacement.
Is that my responsibility whether the product is available or not. why paytm is giving such policy onn website if they dont follow.
Worst Shopping website.
