This is the worst e commerce company in india. They have zero customer support, a platform full of fraud sellers selling defective product. If you receive a defective product they will never refund your money. They have no telephone support. Be ready to receive canned response via email. A fraud company avoid at any cost. I can’t fathom how they dream to become billion$ company. They CEO needs to wake up from dream and look at the platform as a user and see how horrible it is. The discount culture is not going to take you far before collapse to dust.
