I m registered paytm user 9898130745 .i recharged my BSNL number 9898130745 WITH 150Rs top up on 16/05/2012 (order no 37876314) but till date I didn’t receive any balance in my account. I am facing this type of problem many times in paytm. I am just fed up from this website. please solve my problem as early as possible or credit my paytm cash back in my account. I talked to BSNL customer care 3-4 times they are saying that your bsnl recharged was failed & your refund was credited in your paytm account. but till date I didn’t get my money back in my paytm cash. please look in this matter seriously & do needful as early as possible.
