In the last few days paytm came up with lots of attractive offers with cashback. I purchased a lot of things n when it came to cashback they have a limit per month. There was no limit to purchase. To exceed limit you need to submit your proofs to paytm.
You have to wait for month to redeem your cashback if the limit exceeds. Paytm is cheating people n using customers money. The Ecom express couriers used by paytm are the slowest couriers,
No proper updates on tracking and very very slow service, no updates even after I received the item and even after repeated mails they are not updating the same. Paytms customer service makes u mad, they think you are fool
They will never give a relevant answer to your queries instead they keep on frustrating you by giving out of way replies, you have to write to them again and again, they will reply but do not resolve the issue
Overall feeling cheated by paytm
