This is the TV I got from PAYTM. Intentionally they have sent this broken tv as screen was upside- down.It’s more than 10 days but there is not a single response from PAYTM. I had spent aroun 2000 over call. They have mentally and financially harassed me.
After so much of frustration I writing this over here. I have tried reaching grievanceofficer and servicehead but no response from their side. So think a lot before putting yourself in my position.I am going to take legal action very soon.
