I use paytm app and order one phone micromax canvas silver 5 from it as they she you will get cash back money upto 8% .
I like the price point of micromax canvas silver 5.
From all site as they are costing 8472 and will give 8% back as 672 rs so I order this phone.
Delivery timing was good but I got defective phone its display quality was bad and defective.I give mail to them for cash back and phone issues but they only replyed tha cash on delivery dont have 8% cash back .
They didn’t gave the full information.
And I have to go to the service center for the phone defect issue they solve my problem as micromax service is good but paytm have very bad service they don’t have the caller person on call center you will only get the computerized voice.
