Dear friends am sharing a experience with you about Paytum.com
One of my Family member pay a Torrent Power bill via paytim but Paytm rejected the payment and1010 was debited to the account.
This types of Problem are facing by every day . When you demand your amount refund from their site the response is nil. Their customer care have no solution of your complain .
One of my Friend Samsung micro sd card having 4 months warranty.
Now this card is not working and it is in warranty period. When we discussed with paytm on this matter and they told go to Samsung service center and they will replace the Product . But Samsung said kindly contact Paytm.
They dont care their Customer problem and not solve properly . Customer care dept is need much improvement for good fruit full result.
