Paytm is a great service that allows you to recharge and shop online from their website.
I have been using Paytm since the month it was launched. I generally use Paytm to recharge my prepaid mobile numbers, pay postpaid bill and also to shop online. I have using Paytm because of the great cashback offers it provides as give huge saving.
The Customer Service of Paytm is fair nor so good not so bad because the response time is around 1 day. Many times I contacted the support because of some issues and they usually replied in 28 to 48 hours.
I have ordered a couple of things from Paytm and the product quality was good and also proved a great value of money because of the various cashback offers.
The Delivery time is not so good it usually takes 7 to 14 days to deliver the ordered products and they also don’t have any option of faster delivery.
The Website and App are both good and easy to use. The Paytm wallet is also very useful now a days because of shortage of cash. It is also a great way of sending money to anyone.
Paytm is quite reliable in terms of mobile recharges, bill payments and shopping.
