Off late I have been making purchases through online sellers such as Flip Kart, Home shop 18 & Amazon. I found a combo pack of remote helicopter & a remote car for which after checking all details, placed an order.
I wanted to gift the combo pack to my son on his b’day. The cost was also economical which is why I got attracted towards the product.
I was promised delivery within 10 days but luckily got the delivery within 6 working days.
I got a call from home that the combo toy parcel has been received from Paytm, I enquired as to how the contents looked like, but somehow I did not get the thrilling & exciting response from my son.
I enquired as to how the toy was but he half heartedly said it is ok.
On further asking I was told that the toys looked old and indicated that they have been used or resold to us.
On reaching home I saw the car & found that the tyres have worn out and some hair were sticking below.
The helicopter did not budge & did not fly . I reported the complaint to PayTm.
On contacting the toll free number, to my utter surprise I could not contact any person reliable who could hear my complaint.I kept on complaining on the site but no one bothered to hear to my complaint. After 2 days I was assured that the parcel would be collected but it took 7 more days for the parcel to be collected.
