I’ve been using paytm for a while now. Initially I used to use it for the mobile, dth recharges and bill payments ( well, I still do).
But then they started to see things too. And due to huge investments in their company, they are able to gives lots of cool offers and cashback but still I don’t trust them.
Why? Because their return and replacement policy is not that good at all, and when I search any product on their app or website, there is not much info provided about that product most of the time. Cash on delivery option is not available for my city.
I purchased a fastrack watch but when I received it, it looked like it had been kinda used before. They should take care of the quality before shipping it.
In my opinion, paytm is great for recharges and stuff with their nice cashback offers on the recharges. But I can’t trust for online shopping just yet, they still need to improve a lot in the shopping department. I just tried to share my experience here, hope it would be helpful.
