I’m not sure why paytm is hiring xpressbees for delivery when it is a known fact that xpressbees is the fraud worst courier company.
Paytm may loose its charm and brand value if it continues with xpressbees.
Reason:
Their website as on 14-4-1016 shows that my shipment id#1227171387119 from paytm as consignee not available which is FALSE
No one from xpressbess called me came to my residence, I have 24x7 cctv recording to prove that
This has become a habit of xpressbees delivery guys to put false updates
This is happening repeatedly
