I am usimg paytm for 2 years.the way organise their offers and scheme is remarkable but paytm’s customer care service is very low standard .
You keep on complaining but paytm guys will be replying you drafted messages without any solution. Now come to the point n let me share my problem .i’ve purchased boston mattreses cost of 20K and paytm offered me 10K cashback which I didn’t get yet because I have to upgrade my wallet to get 10K n plus cashback .
I request for wallet upgrade 20 days back, paytm assured me to send their guy to collect documents required for wallet upgradation. I have done around 10 complaints, but Nobody came to collect my documents yet . They didn’t mention this 10K restriction when I purchased those mattreses with 10K cash back. 115935964, 116131214 these are the request/complaint number for wallet upgradation, a lot of mail exchange happend through these complaint number but I have to come here on mouthshut to get some result.
