I have used Paytm many times for using recharges for myself and my family. The platform is quick and efficient but the recent interaction with them has made me question myself whether I am doing it right or not by recharging on this portal.
Few days back, I got an offer from Paytm where if we recharge our DTH for an amount of Rs 300/- or higher then Rs 250/- will be refunded as cashback. I was happy to see such an incredible offer and immediately recharged my DTH putting code(MP250) but it got failed. I again did the same recharge putting the code and same problem occurred. Then I thought of trying once without code and the recharge got done. I was shocked to see such a unprofessionalism from them and contacted them but they said have not put the code so we can not do anything. They were not ready to listen to me even though I had sent them the screenshots.
Pathetic service.
