Paytm is the leading website for online recharges and bill payements, but I think it is the worst website for online recharges and bill payments as it is very slow to load and they dont give any cashback offers to their customers which other similar websites provide.in this review I will share my personal experience of using paytm and wasting my valuable time and money on paytm.
Customer service of paytm is worst than any other websites as they do not provide any cashback offers on bill payements and recharges and they charge high delivery rates almost more than few products which they sell on their sunday bazaar.
Product quality will be good but the product I purchased was not as shown in the website it differed in its colour and quality.
Delivery timelines of paytm is worst they took more than 15 days to deliver a product and we cant be sure about that because they accept only online payement so they can be free to delvier product at any date without the fear of order cancellation.
App and website of paytm is not good the interface of app and website is not user friendly it is very much complicated, and it is very slow to load, to make a payement there are several steps which is safe but complicated as the app is very slow.
I cant be reliable on paytm because they are very slow other websites have fast transaction methods and they offer good discounts on products.
