3 months before my friend transferd 5000 amount to my account but by mistakly he written my name wrong, due to that I didn’t receive my amount so we loged a Complaint that the amount has been deducted but receiver didn’t receive the money in his account, Paytm people they said ul receive with in 1 month and what ever they asked like my paytm history and receiver account details and his statement everything I have submitted but now it’s been more than 3months finished but still I didn’t receive my cash back and when I call to the customer care even they are not responding me properly, please I kindly request everyone to not use the paytm. Very Bad service and worst service.
