I had purchased a phone from paytm and it was delivered on 1th may on the very day I checked and I was unable to charge the battery due to some temperature low of the phone showing message like that. I have sent the complaint to the paytm site and they replied the person will collect the phone and the new phone will be reached u soon. but till today that phone is with me even they didn’t message me about my query. when I again tried to call them they are saying go to the service centre and ask for job sheet. how fraud the paytm site is. how can they sit so quite to take my money for the defected phone which is not able to on. I will definitely not going to buy anything from paytm.
