Writing here, as I am unable to reach to their customer support. there is no direct line, and the IVR system they have is lousy and does not have option for my kind of complaint.
Paytm, beware, it is money you are dealing with. and you need to provide a direct line for customer to speak to you in case of transaction gone bad or not reflecting properly.
It is cheating from your side: I paid through my bank for wallet recharge, and it is not showing up in Paytm balance.
