Sir, this is to complain about the non-acceptance of my Paytm cash code which I won recently in an online contest. When I submitted my cash code, Paytm website rejected it saying "Invalid Code". I repeated this process several times but to no avail. Why did Paytm send me an invalid code? Why did Paytm start this contest in the first place if it had no intentions to distribute the prizes amongst the winners? I have sent numerous reminders to Paytm’s customer care related to this issue but there has been no response from your side. This is so careless and fraudulent behaviour of your team members. Please look into this matter and send me a Paytm cash code of Rs.10, 000 as overcompensation for this cheating act of yours. Looking forward to a quick and positive response from your side.
