I am so disappointed with the paytm customer service. I used the paytm to recharge my Delhi metro card with the amount of 500 rupees but the transaction got cancelled after the deduction of 500 Rs from my account and I didn't get the refund more than a week. The transaction got cancelled in 3rd Dec 2018 and the refund was done in 13th Dec 2018 I was out 500 rupees for 10 days actually 11 if we count both days.
I contacted the paytm in the day 1 and they said the refund was initiated but again it didn't came after 3 days I contacted the paytm they replied same again and again I tried again I got the same reply. I got so frustrated with the refund procedure. They cut your by a single click but takes weeks to refund.
So, I did not recommend paytm wallet for metro card recharge.
