I lost my Rs.500/- by using PAYTM wallet. I send Rs.500/- to my SBI Bank account on 28th November 2016 however its almost more than 10 days and I have not received the money in my bank account however the money has been deducted from my PAYTM wallet. Now in PAYTM wallet it is showing as transaction failed. I have called PAYTM customer care many times to get my money refunded in my PAYTM wallet but no positive response yet and they are just delaying the process. I literally feel that transactions on PAYTM is not at all secured and safe. Never ever going to make any transaction from PAYTM hence further. This is the most worst experience.
