Today I would like share my true experience with paytm wallet. Though I am using paytm wallet for a long time and I was very much impressed by its service till I did my last transaction. In the last transaction it charged me 2.04% as transaction charge. They brought this rule on any transaction after 31st of January. So I dont think any one would like to be charged for any transaction done from paytm wallet to bank.
Layout & Design- Its is ok. Still much improvement is needed.
Features/Functions- Recently number of cases were there for loss of money from the paytm wallet. There is still some loopholes by which anyone can logged into your account and access it. So saving do much money in Paytm is not a good idea and that is what I do.
Usefulness- Yes it is very easy to do transaction using paytm wallet while shopping and paying bills etc. Transfer of money is very easy and fast. For safety if you need to use paytm wallet just tranfer money from card to paytm whenever you need to purchase anything and do it. Dont keep ideal money in the wallet just as saving.
