If we considered Paytm mall almost all the things are available but the main drawback which is the shipping charge this is being charged is too high even for a small product even if the bill amount is above 1000 the shipping charges constant
Sellers
There are quite a lot amount of sellers in Paytm Mall but what is the use if we are not given the access for the ratings of the user.The user rating place very good role in today’s market but Paytm fails to provide an option to Grab the users opinion
Shipping time
Although they charge quite a lot amount of money for shipping . They fail to provide good shipping service they take minimum of 10 to 15 days for delivery . Which is not good in this trend.
Cashback
The only good thing that I see in Paytm is its cashback these days cashback is accepted in almost all the places and shops so their is a good thing also it’s making us digital.
