Hello friend I’m going to share my personal experience to you on purchase from paytmmall. I have purchased Fastrack 3120SM02 watch 2 months ago.
But, Paytmmall have send me Fastrack 3121SM02 which is completely different, from the watch what I have purchased. I have tried to call paytmmall but was unable to talk to them.
Paytmmall.com should upgrade its customers service, and should provide better service to customer.
I’m really disappointed at paytmmall service as I’m unable to talk with its customer care service. I’m unable to exchange my Fastrack watch.
And now the exchange period have already expired and I feel completely disabled with this watch.
So, friends if you are planning to purchase any thing from paytmmall then place do think before you purchase.
