1- they take care of customers service and this is only thing which is good in this website
2- very bad product quality. Paytmmall give bad quality product
3- delivery timeliness is ok but not everytime
4- app and website are very bad paytm website start very slow and take many time to open
5- don’t reliable of this website because this website is very bad
