I like online shopping. I am using almost all the online e-commerce sites for shopping like amazon, myntra, shein etc. in paytm I had seen about the paytmmall, I seen it sells products with minimum cost so I downloaded it’s application. I am using this e-commerce online shopping site from 1 to 2 months.
I had bought one watch from this site. This watch price in amazon is around 370 INR and in paytmmall it’s price is 149 INR. So I had ordered that watch from paytmmall. I know it is really a cost effective site. But the services provided by this site is so worst. I had ordered on 4th november and my delivery time was 6th november. But I got that watch on 11th november. it’s too late. I really disappointed. when I didn’t got my ordered on time then I felt I didn’t get this watch never ever.
I had waiting for this watch because I really loved it, otherwise I had cancel my order. Also when I got the watch then that watch is not working, I had really angry. Because I had waiting for it till week and since it is not working. then why should I buy anything from this site?
So it’s really unreliable site and it gives the worst quality products. I never buy anything from this site.When you all are sees the application and site of this paytmmall then you feel it’s good because the user interface is not so bad. but the services are not good so I suggested to all please don’t waste your money in this site.
