Yesterday I got my puma shoes which I had ordered 10days ago because there was a cash back on that product and here is my experience on shopping with paytm.
The worst wesbite till date I have ever used for my purchasing, I am a shoe lover and almost every 6months I buy shoes and this time I decided to buy shoes on this website.
I ordered my shoe on 5th of dec at night and finally got it on 15th of dec exactly after 10 day the delivery of paytmmall is seriously very slow in compared to any other websites whenever I purchase anything from amazon or flipkart I get product within 4days.
Secondly, the main thing that the shoe which I ordered and the shoe which was delivered to me both were totally different and when I checked the price of the shoes delivered to me the price of that shoe was far lower than the shoe I ordered, when I complained them about the return so they told that in this item and specifically this seller doesn’t have any return poclicy and they were not ready to give me my money back.
Don’t ever waste your money on this website.
