Paytmmall is a online shopping platform, but untrustablem company.
I was order a shoes of addidas, after checked all the specification, today after 20 days paytm gave delivery, then I checked the shoes, the delivered shoes is not a origional product, this is duplicate shoes of addidas. I am not happy to shopped with paytm mall, it is wast of money and also waste of time.
the service provided by the company to the customer is very bad. company delivery timeline is very long, take 15 to 20 days for delivery.
the paytmmall app and website is running very slow. and order is not placed quickly.
paytmmall is not a trusted company for online shopping.
