Really bad experience

I ordered Zevora Double Walled hot and cold water bottle at 16: 03 PM, 21 May 2018, my order is 5206370577.


At 22 May 2018, I check my order staus in Paytm app and a message written in brackett


( The Seller: Infotrade Impex has already shipped your order on 22-May-2018 via courier: Delhivery. Expected delivery date and time 08 PM, 23-May2018)


but I could not recieve my order then I connect a call to customer care excutive and they kept me on the IVR Script for 45 minutes after that they attent my call,


I told the customer care excutive that I could not recive my order yet, he replied me, your order will be delivered at 24-May-2018 till evening.


And Again at 24-May-2018 I check my deliver order status then I saw “your order is out of delivery”.One more time I connect a call to customer care excutive


and this timme they kept me on the IVR Script for One hour after that a excutive answer my call I have all call records and he told me your order will be deliver tomorrow( 25-May-2018) till evening.


but at 25-May 2018, I could not recive my order and I connect a call every day to customer care excutive but they reply same answer your order will be delivered tomorrow and every day I west my 45-60 minutes on IVR.


Today is 28-May 2018 but I could not recieve my order. Regarding this issue I already rais the complain to paytm helpdesk.
