This is something I heard years before I actually tried it. I always thought how could someone just give away cash back for a purchase that he does in normal day to day life. This held me back from using Paytm for almost 2 years.
To my surprise, I now find this is a new trend and everyone tuned perfectly to Paytm karo. I seriously was a stupid not using this for two years.I could have actually saved some penny.
Never the late, I now regularly use Paytm and am very happy with their cashback and services. My first transaction was for paying a mobile bill and now for most of the products.
Paytm has come as a major player in digitizing the modern India or cashless India through their digital wallet. Though there were already other players in this field, this could catch the pulse of the actual India during demonetization.
Recently I ordered Himalaya Gentle Baby Bath on 10th Aug 2018 and I received it on 14th Aug 2018. So their delivery time seems to be pretty good.
But in case you want to call their customer care, just think again, you might end up waiting for 15 min to talk to their representative.
So far my experience with Paytm is great and hope to be the same in future. I will recommend the other guys as well to explore their cashback’s.
