Firstly this app is not a genuine app .if you once buy a product in this app you will fully know about this app .i have buyed a product called towel it is fully damaged with pores coming out from it .i have not excepted this type of product from this popular paytm branded app.
it costs you a huge amount of money on the delivery charges even its a short distance to deliver and another thing I have not liked from it . after that I have called to the customer service to return by product and take back my money . but there is no response from the officer to solve my problem.fully waste of time and money .if you see the reviews and ratings are quit good so I purchased a product from it . but they totally disappointed with their quality less product .
So please guys think twice when are buying a product from this froud app especially when are purchasing the clothes from it .
