It hasn’t been too long that paytmmall service has started.the app and website were good to attract online buyers.
When paytm mall service started there were some exciting offers. So I too got influenced by these offers and ordered a Camping Lantern Rechargeable Light worth 350 excluding sipping charge of 50 rs.
Going By the product description it was a light which can be recharged by electricty as well as solar. And it can also be used to charge mobile phones using a USB cable.
The product was reached well on time. No issue with the delivery time at all.
But when I used it for two days I found something was wrong. As an electrical engineer by profession I saw that the solar charging was just a trick to attract customers.
They have uses a small battery inside thereby manipulating people.
Adding to that when I tried to charge my phone it showed charging but after 1 hour the battery of my phone never gone up.
I complaint the whole issue to paytmmall customer service and they simply told me talk to seller about the issue.moreover they refused to return the item.
However I did not called the seller because I knew they would also blame someone else but instead I determined myself not to use this fraud service in the future again.
