I have an account with PayTM with Rs 2000 as balance. One fine day they blocked my account and insisted on linking Adhar. I tried calling them on customer care to let them know that the Hon Supreme Court has ruled that Adhar cannot be made compulsory until the court gives its ruling. There is no provision to speak to someone and the IVR is not helpful. Then I wrote a mail to the officer. After a few reminders I got a standard response that I need to look at their app. I expect a company like PayTM to be more responsive to the customer
