On September 26th I ordered a 10000 mah power bank from Paytmmall. I was told that my order will be shipped to me with in 7days. But I did not receive the said package within 7 days so I called customer service and they said that it will be delivered within the next couple of days. But it wasn’t delivered. Opon again contacting customer service, they told me that the said product could not be delivered as it is out of the stock. So I wasted 10 days for nothing. Most of the the products on the site are of substandard quality. It took me half an hour to complete my order, so they need to improve on the website functioning and needs to add some more options for customers on their Android based application. After all these trouble, the reliability is out of question.
