Paytm is been very famous from last two-three years recently it has opened its paytmmall which is the worst online store I have gone through. The customer service is average of this online store I was not satisfied with their service as I ordered a mobile cover which was dusty and was not as good as it seems to be in pictures. Paytmmall online store’s producs are of worst quality and non satisfying producs.
Although delivery was on time which is the only thing I liked about them. App is good but the producs they show are not the ones which they deliver after delivery of producs customer comes to know the quality is not good. Reliability is ok ok I really didnt liked anything not even their website
