Paytmmall.com customer service is very bad. Very poor and no response this mall. I have call customer care but no response and no help.ne response thia customer care.very bad service. PRODUCT QUALITY : . Product quantit very bad and quantity damage product. Before 1 week ago I have bought cotton dress but open the box damaged product. Return this product. I am very disappointed this product. DELIVERY TIMELINESS : . When I book the product than they said that delivery time within 3 days but actually this product delivery in 7 days. This very too late and quality of products very bad. Any friends choice other websites. APP AND WEBSITES : . There are more than other websites. Please buy products other than website eg. Amazon and Flipkart and etc. There are Stander website. Paymmall bad website and bad app this online. RELIABILITY: there very few people are buying products from any other website. So this paytmmall less reliablity. So please choose other than website. Any way don’t use paytmmall website.
