I’m Varun bansal. I ordered three items from Paytm mall which was Selfie stick, Puma Shoes And 3 in 1 deodorant set. I received my Shoes only. 1 selfie stick and deodorant set haven’t got yet. It’s already 1 month over. I tried to call them so many times but unable to reach. I also mailed them so many times but Unable to get any reply from them. After all I cancel my order from app and try to get my refund back. But they didn’t even give my refund back too. I never recommend you to purchase any item from paytm mall. They all are fraud. My personal experience says Don’t purchase anything through Prepaid bill. You must purchase on Cash on delivery. I ensure you that if you purchase any item through Cash on delivery, 100% Your product will be delivered. If you purchase through debit or credit card then 99.9% chance to make you fool.
