I had placed an order for Havells ceiling fan on Paytm mall( Order ID: 5024190299). I found Product was damged during transport by Delhivery. When I placed the return order Delhivery Courier Boy Mr. Umesh Sanas postponed the planned pick up without visiting my address . I was calling him for pick up of the product, On same day he refused saying he can not travel with tempo for a single courier, on second call he treatned me with comment " I am from same locality and it would be dificult for you to stay here".
such poor threatening comment does not make any difference for me but it clarifies that this courier service has hired unprofessional employees,
I had raised the same issue with Delhivery Customer care but she did not answered properly. Overall Delhivery courier is a worst service provider,
same time I can say Paytm have worst Courier Service.
My pick up has been delayed and refund is blocked. Paytm mall customercare executive
has not any answer, They only apologies!
Please Beware of such poor service provider
