Paytm mall is comparatively new to e commerce , and the site lacks some important policies and features. The sandals I ordered delivered very late , took more than a week . I looked for a return and replacement option as I was not satisfied with the product, surprisingly I found there is no such option available. Delivery process should be fast, as other e-commerce providers are doing great with delivery. There is limit of 10, 000 rupees per month purchasing, which no other site have . The app and user interface is decent. Customer service is pathetic , everytime executive gives replays by copy pasting from the FAQ . Default messages everytime. I think quality is bit low for certain products , like apparels . I don’t think we can relay on this site for shopping .
