Shopping at Paytm Mall is not a good experience as a whole. I purchased 4 items in all. At first, I was impressed by the reasonable prices, wide range, and cashback offers. However, of the 4 items, I had to return 2. One of those 2 was a defective product and the other, the seller did not bother to take back because it was a stub of a product. Now, why would a seller knowingly send trash to a customer? I cannot fathom why. Anyway, there’s no way you can review the products online or provide any feedback. So, buyers have no idea what they are paying for and sellers can get away with anything. That’s bad experience for me, because I’ve been spoiled by Amazon. However, in both cases, I could initiate return easily and got my money back.
