Im disgusted with paytm. I had originally created an account with one mobile number and also have transferred money into this. This number I had to discontinue and got a new number. Im unable to change my paytm account to link with my new number - I have tried doing this for months. Firstly, their responses are slow- they take few days to respond. They keep asking the previously answered questions multiple times. They creatively ask to submit this and that and they are never happy with what’s provided. Then they on their own close the request with out solving it. Then I have start the whole process again. This is pure harassment and even stealing my funds.
I deeply regret ever opening an account with Paytm. Please be beware of unscrupulous Paytm unless you want to loose money to them.
