Dear readers I would like to say that this is the worst online marketing and e-commerce site. They all are fraud. PAYTM MALL has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Mannier times you would feel like they have nice and cheap products, yes they are cheap but in quality and quantity. They only have offers which will push you in the vein.
CUSTOMER SERVICE is so bad that they dont even reply to your mails on time or when you are in need. They wont receive your calls it just goes on ringing and ringing. You would think that lets keep customer service aside and focus on product quality, then you are being fooled because the quality of the product doesn’t match the price of the product it is way less than you paid.
If you order a product you have the excitement of being delivered as early as possible, PAYTM MALL thrashes all your excitement as there min. Delivery time is 12days which goes upto 16days . Till then you would barely remember that you have ordered something, DELIVERY TIMELINESS is so long that you would almost think of cancelling the order
The best thing about PAYTM MALL is they have a good app among all the other features
I would rate 3/10 for the app and the website.
As I mentioned before they have a very cheap quality products , so there doesn’t lie any second thought about the reliability of the products , they are worse only . Nothing better
Instead of ordering on PAYTM MALL go to the market and buy some really good stuff at lower prices
